No wearing WHITE after Labor Day? OK, let’s wear WHITE on Labor Day.

Desert Mirage Golf & Practice Center will be hosting a “Wear White on Labor Day Tourney”.

Here’s the deal:

A two-person 9 hole scramble.

All participants MUST wear something white – which must be visible : ) If not wearing visible white, you can still play however you will be assessed a 2 stroke penalty.

$25.00 entry fee for non-members which includes green fees and $5.00 tournament fee.

Members will be charged a $5.00 entry fee – all proceeds will go toward Women4Women in the Glendale AZ area.

All participants will play from the white tees and there will be special prizes for holes displaying a white flag. Stay alert as there may be more than 3 white flags.

In addition to our tourney, The Oasis Canteen will be serving a white menu – white pizza ($12) – white Russians ($5) – and white wine ($4). Check with Oasis for other menu items.

So, dig out your white attire, bring your “A” game and let’s get this fall season started.
